Shipping policy

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders are processed within 3 business days and you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Due to the delicate nature of our ceramics, we take great care in packaging each piece securely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at robbinharrisceramics@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging, and we will work with you to find a solution.

At this time, we do not accept returns due to the high cost of shipping and the fragile nature of our work. For any shipping-related questions, feel free to reach out!

Shipping within Canada

Scheduled Delivery typically in one to eight business days to most destinations.

Shipping to the EU

Please note that we do not collect VAT at checkout. Buyers in the EU may be required to pay VAT and import duties upon delivery, in accordance with their country's regulations.
