Due to the high cost of shipping and the delicate nature of our ceramics, we do not typically accept returns. Each piece is carefully handcrafted and one of a kind, making returns challenging. If your piece arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately at robbinharrisceramics@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and item, and we will work with you to find a solution.
